Travis Haines started Candlewood Property management, LLC in 1999 a few years after moving to the Stevens Point area. With a degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management (and a minor in Property Management), Travis worked as a General Manager in the hotel industry. Some years later, Travis and his wife created and slowly grew the Property Management business into the success that it is today. 20 years later, Candlewood is the largest Property Management company in the area, but they still maintain the family-owned aspects that we have had since day 1.
